Zachary W. Drozda is a Director of Investments for AW Property Co. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for sourcing and overseeing the firm’s medical office investment opportunities. Mr. Drozda has over fifteen years of experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions with a focus in the Southeast. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Drozda served as a senior director on the healthcare investment advisory team at JLL Capital Markets in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of JLL’s national medical office practice, he advised on over $1 billion in medical office transactions on behalf of health systems, developers, and institutional investors. Mr. Drozda began his career at Stryker Medical, where he worked in capital sales to hospitals and health systems. His community commitments include Take Stock in Children, a volunteer mentorship program for low-income youth.
