Melbourne Regional Medical Arts

Built in 2002, Melbourne Regional Medical Arts is a three-story, 47,398 square foot medical office building located on the campus of Steward Health’s 115-bed Melbourne Regional Medical Center, in Melbourne, Florida.  Medical Arts is the only on-campus medical office building and is connected via a covered walkway to the hospital. The building is located along Wickham Road, an arterial four-lane, north-south thoroughfare and is less than three miles from Interstate 95. Ample surface parking surrounds the building.
