Max J. Willens is the Director of Investor Relations for AW Property Co. He oversees all aspects of the company’s investor relations strategy and is primarily responsible for fundraising, communications, reporting and relationship management to support long-term partnerships and growth. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Willens served as a Vice President in the healthcare practice at Harris Williams, where he advised healthcare companies on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings and capital raisings. Previously, he was an associate at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, where he evaluated and executed investments across specialty healthcare services markets. Mr. Willens holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
