Joseph A. Woodfield is the Chief Operating Officer of AW Property Co. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of AW’s real estate operating divisions. In this role, Mr. Woodfield oversees all aspects of asset management and property services for the company, including leasing, marketing and property management. Mr. Woodfield is a transactional attorney and has over 15 years of experience in real estate operations and financial consulting. Prior to joining AW, he served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Sterling Organization, a vertically integrated owner and operator of retail real estate assets nationwide. Mr. Woodfield began his career at NewOak Capital, where he served as an Associate Director in mortgage-backed credit services and financial markets advisory.
