Jacqueline M. Fermin is the Director of Operations for AW Property Co. She oversees the company’s property services division and is primarily responsible for oversight of asset performance and strategy execution. Ms. Fermin has over twenty-five years of property operations experience and holds both Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator designations. Prior to joining AW, Ms. Fermin served in leadership roles at CBRE and Holladay Properties where her responsibilities included managing teams of real estate professionals operating medical and professional office assets throughout the Southeast. Ms. Fermin began her career in property management at Pointe Group Advisors in South Florida. Her community commitments include five successful marathon fundraisers focused on the betterment of children’s lives and she is active in her church serving both in the choir ministry and youth group ministry, singing and teaching Sunday School.
