Drew S. Hoffman is the Chief Financial Officer of AW Property Co. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the strategic planning, managing and reporting on all fiscal and fiduciary affairs of the company. In this role, Mr. Hoffman oversees all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, accounting, tax planning and compliance and risk management for the company. Mr. Hoffman is a Certified Public Accountant and has over twenty years of finance, accounting and real estate experience. Prior to joining AW, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Turnberry, an owner, operator and developer with a real estate portfolio consisting of hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP where he served as an Audit Senior Manager and managed a portfolio of public and non-public clients with a focus in the real estate, retail, and consumer products industries.
