David S. Lebenson is the Chief Financial Officer for AW Property Co. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the strategic planning, managing and reporting on all fiscal and fiduciary affairs of the company, including transaction analysis and structuring; investment monitoring, budgeting and forecasting; banking and investor relations; and overseeing the day-to-day functions of the finance and accounting department. He also oversees risk management and internal controls for the company. Mr. Lebenson has over twenty years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations and finance, having acquired and operated over $1 billion in healthcare real estate. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Lebenson served as Chief Financial Officer for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, where his responsibilities included accounting, finance, banking, reporting, investor relations and strategic planning. During his fifteen-year tenure with the company, he served in a variety of roles including senior vice-president of finance, asset manager and financial analyst. Mr. Lebenson’s longstanding charitable commitments are dedicated to providing health and housing for families in need.
