David S. Lebenson is a Director of Portfolio Management for AW Property Co. He serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for the management and oversight of the firm’s real estate investment funds and joint ventures. In this role, Mr. Lebenson oversees all aspects of fund and venture administration and performance, property level asset management and acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Lebenson has over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations and finance, having acquired and operated over $1.5 billion in healthcare real estate. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Lebenson served as Chief Financial Officer for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. During his fifteen-year tenure with the company, he served in a variety of roles including senior vice president of finance, asset manager, and financial analyst. Mr. Lebenson’s longstanding charitable commitments are dedicated to providing health and housing for families in need.
