Brian K. Waxman is a founding partner and the Managing Director of AW Property Co. He leads AW’s strategic direction and oversees its real estate operating divisions. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee and assists with fund formation, capital raising and sourcing investment opportunities. Mr. Waxman has over twenty years of experience in real estate acquisitions, operations, finance and investment management. He is a transactional attorney and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Prior to the formation of AW, Mr. Waxman served as general counsel and principal of GDC, a Florida-based real estate investment company. His experience at the company included the origination, execution and development of over two million square feet of office and industrial real estate. Mr. Waxman began his career practicing law at Jones, Foster, Johnston & Stubbs, a West Palm Beach based commercial law firm. His experience at the firm included banking, insurance, real estate and general corporate transactions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center, a non-profit education and conservation organization.
