AW Medical Office Fund IV is a fully discretionary, core-plus real estate fund formed to deliver attractive current income and growth potential by acquiring and operating a portfolio of high-quality medical office buildings in the Southeastern United States. The Fund acquired 34 medical office buildings, comprising 1.1 million square feet of space, located throughout the Southeast and aligned with dominant regional healthcare providers, including UNC Health, Novant Health, Atrium Health, Piedmont Health, Baptist Health and Ballad Health. The Fund has been fully deployed and the portfolio is being held for long-term investment.
