Amy E. Ferguson is a Regional Manager for AW Property Co. She is engaged in all aspects of property operations, and manages the Florida regional property management, maintenance, and leasing teams. Ms. Ferguson has more than 20 years of experience in asset management and transaction execution, having acquired and operated over 10 million square feet of property for institutional investors and private equity funds. Prior to joining AW, she served in senior asset management positions for Trammel Crow and Security Capital Group, a division of GE Capital, where her responsibilities included acquisition oversight, project planning, and portfolio management. Ms. Ferguson began her career in leasing and property management roles for the Swerdlow Group in Miami. Her longstanding charitable commitments include Thresholds, a nonprofit dedicated to helping those with mental illness, and those who are living in poverty and are unemployed.
