Amanda S. Kocak is the Director of Human Resources for AW Property Co. She oversees all aspects of the company’s human resources strategy and is primarily responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of top-level talent and promoting an engaged, high-performance culture. Ms. Kocak has over thirteen years of experience in human resources, payroll and talent operations with a particular emphasis on process improvement and scalable strategies. Prior to joining AW, Ms. Kocak served as HR & Payroll Director at The Agora Companies, a network of affiliated media and publishing businesses. During her twelve-year tenure at Agora, she oversaw HR compliance, compensation programs and employee relations across multiple operating entities, supporting leadership teams and internal stakeholders in aligning HR practices with business goals. Ms. Kocak is a graduate of the University at Albany SUNY and holds a PHR designation.
