Amanda Heismann Gray is an Associate Director of Operations for AW Property Co. She is engaged in all aspects of property operations and manages the Georgia and Tennessee regional property management, maintenance and leasing teams. Ms. Gray holds the Certified Property Manager designation and has over fifteen years of experience in healthcare real estate management. Prior to joining AW, Ms. Gray served in management roles for Lillibridge Healthcare Services where her duties involved supporting teams of real estate professionals managing medical office facilities across the Southeast and leading strategic projects on capital investment, energy efficiency, and supplies procurement nationwide. She began her career in property management at Cogdell Spencer Erdman in Tennessee. Ms. Gray is actively involved in supporting DECA, a non- profit dedicated to developing the next generation of business leaders.
