Alexander D. Walker

Alexander D. Walker is a Director of Investments for AW Property Co. He is engaged in business development and investor relations and assists with sourcing and overseeing the firm’s professional office investments. Since 2003, Mr. Walker has acquired and managed over $375 million in real estate transactions in partnership with institutional investors. Prior to joining AW, Mr. Walker served as managing director of Prospect Property Group, a real estate private equity firm focused on distressed and value added opportunities in the Southeast. Prior to the formation of Prospect, he was a division leader at the New York City office of Cushman & Wakefield and specialized in office sales and lease transactions.
