Dean Firouzian is the Director of Fund Management at AW Property Co. He is primarily responsible for portfolio construction, performance monitoring, valuation and investor reporting for the firm’s real estate investment funds and joint ventures. He also leads the firm’s data and analytics initiatives. Mr. Firouzian has over seven years of experience in real estate private equity and debt, having underwritten more than $2 billion in real estate credit at CW Capital, managed 5,000 multifamily units at JBG Smith and overseen more than $500 million in life science and mixed-use assets at Ancora Partners. Mr. Firouzian holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
