Michelle Hough

Michelle Hough is the Director of Talent and Culture for AW Property Co. She oversees the company’s human resources functions and is primarily responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of top talent and promoting an engaged, high-performance culture.  Ms. Hough has over twenty years of experience in the human resources profession and holds a SHRM-CP designation.  She began her career in the club management industry and served as a senior manager at a prestigious golf club in South Florida before joining AW.  Ms. Hough is an active participant with Junior Achievement of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast and the Palm Beach County Society for Human Resources Management.
