DESCRIPTION
AW Core Fund I is a fully discretionary, core real estate fund formed to deliver stable and predictable income and the potential for long term asset appreciation by acquiring and operating a portfolio of Class A medical office buildings in the Southeastern United States. The Fund acquired 17 medical office buildings, comprising 850,000 square feet of space, located throughout the Southeast and aligned with dominant regional healthcare providers, including Duke Health, Cone Health, UNC Health, Bon Secours Mercy and CaroMont Health. The Fund has substantial capacity to invest and seeks to acquire additional core assets over the next 12-24 months.
